The hotel offers impeccable rooms with good appliances, comfy beds, though it would have been great if they could have been two separate rooms. The place looks clean, very spacious, and the gas kitchen would have been a nice addition. The service was nice and helpful, although at times staff appeared a bit aloof. The location is amazing for children and pets, just a stone's throw from the beach. The dining options could be better, especially for breakfast. Overall, a clean and spacious place with friendly staff, in a beautiful coastal town near the beach.
I found my stay at the hotel to be very pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and tidy with an incredible view, but the bright light and noise from the lobby entrance were a bit bothersome at night. The service was friendly and went above and beyond to assist me. The location was great with beautiful ocean views, though it was a bit far from Batemans Bay for dining options. The dining experience was a bit disappointing, but the facilities were convenient and well-equipped.
